WHAT PARENTS SHOULD BRING TO THE OPEN HOUSE:

1) CURRENT PROOF OF DEKALB COUNTY RESIDENCY: Its important that you bring the proper documents.  You can refer to the Principals WELCOME LETTER for a SUMMARY and the DCSS Registration Procedures for complete DETAIL.  If you have any questions call the office at 678-874-6602.

2) COPY of PHOTO ID for the parent/guardian registering each child.  The school will keep the copy for their files.

3) All 6th grade students will need to have an updated Certificate of Immunization form (chicken pox and MMR).  You will need to obtain the form from your medical provider as Kittredge does not have these forms.

4) CASH OR CHECK for PAYMENT! Credit cards are not accepted.  You can review the REGISTRATION FORM for all the potential charges.
